Alaska Airlines is investing in the First Class to give its guests more of what they love.
From the coming week, a flavorful new First Class menu will serve to passengers. This new First Class menu will include local ingredients and fresh seasonal flavors. You can enjoy stuff like avocado bacon omelet, strawberry-lime smoothie shots, flank steak salad with green papaya, lime wedges and much more. There will be a vegetarian option available on all menus.
Andrew Harrison (executive vice president and chief commercial officer of Alaska Airlines) stated that they are looking to create warm, welcoming experiences for our guests. They are building a premium experience that offers a signature West Coast vibe, great value, and genuine caring service.
Following is what First Class flyers will get across all fleet types. This will start in the upcoming months:
SEASONAL MENUS: Passengers can pick from fresh and healthy options. This will include salads and protein plates. Guests can also enjoy a fresh snack like a chipotle or edamame hummus plate with whole wheat pita and veggies. Meals are now will be reserved on the Alaska app before travel, especially on longest flights.
LOCAL DELIGHTS: This will include Nancy’s Fancy gelatos, Chuckanut cheesecakes, Sweet Lady Jane brownies, Seattle Chocolate truffles, and more.
BEVERAGES: Passengers can enjoy a different type of wines, brews, and other drinks. You can get a sip from up-and-coming West Coast wineries and microbreweries. Whether it is the smoothie shots or full-leaf teas, passengers can select from a number of options.
SIGNATURE SERVICE: Guests can take the glimpse of refreshed dining concept which will launch later this year with a focus on meeting individual guest preferences around rest, relaxation and productivity.
Along with that, first-class passengers can enjoy facilities like In-flight amenities, Elevated serviceware, Custom seats and interiors, Reimagined lounges, and more.
